Architectural Rural New Build
An architecturally designed rural residence positioned on a prominent lower Wairau Valley ridge, constructed with macrocarpa cladding, high-performance systems, and disciplined site planning to deliver durability, environmental efficiency, and expansive indoor-outdoor living in a demanding rural setting.
Farm House Renovation
A 190m² extension and full renovation of an original farm homestead for our Canterbury-based clients, integrating structural upgrades and a complete reclad with carefully detailed additions - including farm-milled redwood ceilings and new outdoor living spaces - to retain heritage character while delivering modern performance and functionality.
New Coastal Waterfront Residence
A contemporary waterfront residence designed for our Wales, UK-based clients. This build placed high emphasis on coastal durability;combining polished concrete, cedar cladding, and refined architectural detailing to deliver low-maintenance performance and a modern interpretation of the traditional family bach.
Rapaura Heritage Restoration
A heritage restoration and extension in Rapaura, carefully refurbishing the original cottage and adding a cohesive annex and double garage with integrated laundry and office spaces, delivered with craftsmanship, restraint, and respect for the building’s original character.
