A 1940s character home relocated and completely reimagined for modern family living.

George Guthrie Construction managed the full scope - from new foundations and structural integration through to interior reconfiguration, full renovation, and exterior detailing. The goal was to retain the craftsmanship and charm of the original era while delivering improved performance, flow, and comfort.

The finished home features four bedrooms, multiple living areas, north-facing open-plan spaces, a bespoke farmhouse-style kitchen with walk-in pantry, fully renovated bathrooms, a wrap-around verandah, and an oversized double garage with attic storage.

A heritage home brought forward - combining timeless character with contemporary function.
