This build placed high emphasis on coastal durability;combining polished concrete, cedar cladding, and refined architectural detailing to deliver low-maintenance performance and a modern interpretation of the traditional family bach.

The home features polished concrete floors for durability and thermal mass, cedar cladding for warmth and resilience, and defined hallway detailing that creates structure and rhythm throughout the plan.
Designed as a contemporary interpretation of the traditional family bach, the build prioritises low maintenance, material longevity, and practical living without compromising architectural clarity.
