A restoration and extension project focused on preserving the integrity of the original cottage while expanding its capacity for modern use.
The existing structure was carefully refurbished, retaining exposed timber and original detailing. Craftsmanship and restraint were central to the build, ensuring new work respected the scale and material language of the cottage.
An additional annex was constructed to accommodate guests, designed to sit independently yet cohesively alongside the original form. The new double garage with laundry and office spaces completed the project.
A heritage build delivered with precision, sensitivity, and structural confidence.
